1. Overview These terms govern the freelance services provided by Gaby Milstein (referred to as “I”, “me”, or “my”) to clients who engage my services through this website or any direct agreement. By hiring me, you agree to these terms.
2. Project kickoff A project officially begins once all of the following are in place:
- A written agreement or confirmation of scope has been exchanged
- The required deposit or full payment has been received
- All necessary information, content, and materials have been provided by the client
Project timelines — including the 5-business-day delivery window for website packages — start from the date all of the above conditions are met, not from the date of first contact or payment alone.
3. Client responsibilities You agree to provide all content, materials, credentials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by late or incomplete information from your side may affect the project timeline. I am not responsible for deadline extensions resulting from client delays.
4. Revisions Each project includes a defined number of revisions as agreed upon in the project scope. Requests outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees, which will always be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
5. Payments Payment terms are agreed upon before each project begins. For the 5-day website package, full payment is required upfront. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the remainder due upon completion.
All prices are listed in USD. AED equivalents are provided as a reference only and may vary with exchange rates.
6. Domain & hosting Domain and hosting costs are paid directly by you, the client, to the respective service providers. I will guide you through the setup process, but these are your accounts and your responsibility. You maintain full ownership at all times.
7. Ownership Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final deliverables in full. I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Confidentiality I treat all information you share with me as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your permission.
9. Results disclaimer I bring my full expertise and effort to every project. However, I cannot guarantee specific business results such as sales, leads, or search engine rankings, as these depend on many factors outside my control.
10. Limitation of liability My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Changes to these terms I may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
